Traditions
Factors, forces and circumstances change with time and some traditions that once served can instead hinder. Trying to make things better by more efficiently executing what does not work any more, despite the mass practice by the majority, may offer little to no benefit. Being courageous enough to create a new tradition may very well be what is needed.
