The Results Are In!

It's the end of March and the results are in. In Feb, revenue was ~16K. This month it is ~24K. Launching a new course works. I know, however, that this is not sustainable. But for now it is a solid method that I can execute to bring revenue back up.

So I have something that is effective but not sustainable. Now let's look at what I must build that will be both effective and sustainable.

(1) Creation of my own sales funnel using YT. It will take time and I do not have an idea of how effective it will be. But it's still quite valid.

(2) Building some sort of recurring revenue business. For me, this could be a SaaS business.

I need to dedicate time and effort to the above two initiatives.

There is another thing that I could try but it feels like a bit of a moonshot. Create courses in a non-competitive area (non industrial automation) and publish on my own site at much higher prices. Feels very shaky but still wanted to put it here.
