One Day At A Time
No matter our fame, influence or material success, every one of us still has to live life one day at a time, one hour at a time, one moment at a time. We still have to eat, sleep and use the bathroom. No matter the awards or accolades that we may receive on one day, that day eventually goes away and we have to start another and go again. We go again and again and again, until we can't go any more. And then that's that.
To live this reality, we should do all that we can to maintain the body, the mind and the spirit.
To live this reality, we must build a practice of always "seeing" and being aware of what we are. We are life.
