Just Start Walking
With respect to rebuilding revenue from course sales, I feel that I am in the midst of analysis paralysis. There are so very many tactics that can be used, and I do not know which one is going to work. This means that there is the possibility of wasting my time, of ultimately not spending time on the highest value-added tasks and losing ground.
But that's what these top instructors are doing. They are trying things and they have openly said that some of the things are working and others are not. So maybe this is the path. Maybe this is something I cannot avoid. AI can't tell me what is going to work for me. I have to do it. I have to execute. Maybe all of them will not work. Maybe one will. Maybe some will. I don't know.
If you are lost in the forest and you have no idea where to go, you will most likely die if you stay in one spot. But if you just start walking, then there is a 50/50 chance that you will be walking in the right direction, which at least gives you a fighting chance to survive. Much better odds than just sitting in the same place and doing nothing.
It's as simple and as difficult as that. I have to start walking.
