Doing Well and Celebrating It
I have a bad habit of moving on very quickly after accomplishing a task, and sometimes those tasks would require quite a bit of effort. That's not a good habit at all. No matter how small the win, it should be noted, acknowledged and celebrated.
In a matter of less than 48 hours, this is what I did:
- changed car battery.
- verified that alternator is working fine.
- cleaned out inside of car.
- cleaned out engine bay of car.
- had headlight restoration done.
This is pretty amazing and by writing them here I am celebrating them. This is preventive maintenance that I did not do in the past, and paid the price. No more. I am going to take care of this car as best as possible. I have the time and money to do so. And now, I have the will. Great job Emile!
