Birthday
It's my Birthday today. But it feels like just another day actually. I know what could happen today, so I will create some structure and get out of the house. Otherwise I think I could end up in some rumination.
Yesterday there was erratic checking of LinkedIn and of Udemy revenue. I want to avoid that today. All of that checking will not change the outcome, will not influence it in any way whatsoever. It's "spinning top in mud" so to speak.
