5X5 Has Been Started

Yesterday I went to the gym, and I did a 5X5 routine. Squats, rows, bench press. I can give myself a pat on the back for it. I did well in finally starting. This may be merely a placebo effect, or something imagined, but I feel something different in my body for having done it.

I should have started earlier on in the year, but I just was not able to do it. A few reasons, but I really do not want to get into that in this post. Makes no sense anyways, because I have started. Now I have to continue. And as I also want to maintain my running, and my cardio capacity, it may mean going to the gym almost every day. How ever many times per week it ends up being, it has to become a way of life.

I bloody well know what I have to do, and how to prioritize my actions now. It's really simple and very difficult. But I have to do it.
